Toolmanor provides free online tools for working with files. All tools run in your browser. We may change, pause or discontinue a tool at any time, for example for maintenance. The site shows ads to cover its costs.

Your content

You keep all rights to the files you process. You are responsible for having the right to use them and for not processing unlawful content.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Do not use automated means to overload the site or to click ads.
• Do not use the service to infringe the rights of others.

Results are for reference only

Accounting, tax, invoice-reconciliation and calculation tools give results for reference only. Check them before using them in books, filings or financial decisions; Toolmanor is not a substitute for an accountant or tax advice.

Donations

Buying us a coffee is entirely voluntary. A donation does not buy any benefit or service and is generally not refundable.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is". Always keep a copy of your original files. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of data or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
